Return Shipping Arrangement:

For shipments received from customers with a daily total value of $199 or more (after discounts), we are pleased to offer complimentary UPS Next Day Air shipping. Please note that all cases will be shipped together to ensure efficiency and reduce transit time. The total lab days for all cases will be determined by the complexity of the most intricate case within the shipment.

In the event that a customer requires an individual case to be returned earlier than the standard turnaround time, expedited shipping charges will apply for that particular case.
